Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits and Withdrawals
wino12 currently supports four payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳800 for all methods. Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services allow you to transact safely and quickly.
Deposits via bKash are generally instant — in most cases the funds appear in your account within a few minutes. Occasionally there may be a slight delay due to network issues. Once the transaction is complete, a confirmation message will be sent to your bKash number. If the funds have not arrived within 15 minutes, contact support.
The standard processing time for a withdrawal from wino12 to Nagad is 10 to 45 minutes. After the request is submitted, the support team reviews and approves it. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800, and having sufficient balance in your account speeds up the process.
wino12 does not charge any transaction fees itself. However, your mobile banking operator (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own service charges according to their policies. It is worth checking the relevant operator's charge policy before making a transaction.
Common reasons for a withdrawal being rejected include: bonus wagering requirements not being met, account verification being incomplete, or the amount being below the minimum of ৳800. Contact wino12's 24/7 live chat support to find out the reason and get a quick resolution.
Yes, all payment methods on the wino12 platform, including Rocket and Upay, are secured via SSL encryption. Your transaction details are not shared with third parties. Always use the official wino12 site to ensure a secure connection.
