2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

wino12 may carry out an identity verification ("KYC") process at any time. During this process you may be asked to submit a copy of your national identity card, passport or other government-issued identification. If verification fails or the required documents are not provided, the account may be suspended temporarily or permanently.

Age Restriction

The wino12 platform is for persons aged 21 or older only. Use of this platform by anyone under age is strictly prohibited.

By registering you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. Providing a false age will result in immediate account closure and cancellation of all transactions. wino12 may request the necessary documents at any time to verify age.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; deposit ৳12,000 and receive a ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (20 times the bonus amount).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• All bonuses must have their wagering requirement completed within a set period after the bonus is received.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Abusing the bonus system, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or attempting to avoid bonus conditions through any strategic betting pattern may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being closed.

Fair Play
